BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
Our Conditions of Carriage apply to the flights, or flight routes, where Västflyg sold the ticket and where the airline code OJ is indicated on the ticket.
Should there be deviations regarding rules and conditions between our Terms of Transport and other information or regulations, the rules and conditions contained in our Terms of Transport always apply.
TICKET BOOKING
You can make your booking at www.vastflyg.se or contact one of our authorized agents.
We offer both one-way and return tickets. All taxes and fees are included in the ticket price. Introduction of new or changes in applicable taxes and fees may change the ticket price.
A booking is valid and confirmed when full payment of the ticket price has been made and you have received a confirmation from us containing the booking number/electronic ticket. At check-in, you need to be able to present valid identification or a valid passport to check-in on the flight.
PROFILE
We recommend all customers to create a profile with us to be able to:
- Complete your booking faster
- Look up and change booked tickets
- See booking history and print receipts
- Update your contact information
- Be able to use our company products
ASSISTANCE TO PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
We want to offer a safe and comfortable travel experience for all customers. Passengers who need extra assistance, including people with disabilities, will always receive the help, respect and care they need. All assistance needs to be booked through our customer service, info@vastflyg.se, at least 72 hours before departure.
OTHER PASSENGER TYPES
We offer the following passenger types discounted tickets when they travel with us:
- Children (2-11 years old)
- Infants
- Unaccompanied youth
- Senier (65 years old or older)
- Students (up to 24 years old) All these passenger types can be booked on our website www.vastflyg.se except Children Traveling Alone. Please contact us at info@vastflyg.se to carry out these bookings.
If you have booked a discounted ticket, you must be able to present the relevant documents to show that you are entitled to travel on this ticket type, including a valid ID card or valid passport.
EXTRA SERVICE
If you need to take extra luggage with you, you can book it at the same time you make your ticket booking or by later logging into My Pages and buying it afterwards. We offer the following additional services:
- Animals in cabin (cats and dogs)
- Animals in the cargo area (cats and dogs)
- Extra bag
- Ski package
- Golf bag
- Bike
Other special luggage and other services cannot be booked on our website, please contact us to book info@vastflyg.se
PAYMENT
Please ensure that all information in your booking is correct before making the payment.
Before you approve the payment, you must accept our Terms of Transport.
Select payment method by clicking on the payment icon. You will now be redirected to our external payment provider where you can securely complete your card payment (3D Secure).
